The FirstPoynt Application was designed and architected with the intent to build a plat form that provided the ability to board clients in a matter of minutes instead of weeks, months or even longer.
In addition to the time allotted to the boarding process, the ability for non-technical resources to actually board the client was also essential.
The FirstPoynt Application has been able to achieve just that through the configurability and template driven design of the application.
The FirstPoynt platform has over 100 configurable options within the system with shut on/shut off capabilities mutually agreed upon during the implementation process.
InterPoynt built the platform and administration tool to give clients and management control of their own internal personnel and which employees have access to what functionality within the system at an administrative and CSR level, making changes to a number of configurable business rules, change certain configurable business settings and GUI settings at any time during contract term, view/run reports through standard filter options, etc.
With the ability to process both B2C and B2B transactions, a client can offer and support payments from their direct vendors as well as from the end customers. Typical applications will provide one or the other but not both.
InterPoynt’s platform, FirstPoynt was built with a broad base of functionality for use by small/medium-sized businesses and large enterprise accounts in a feature-rich application to facilitate electronic billing/invoicing and the collection of outstanding receivables through electronic alternative payment channels, both web-based(Internet, CSR) and phone-based(IVR).
Functionality has not been diminished in the InterPoynt ASP, SaaS platform because it was built with on code base with separate IDs used to delineate clients with high levels of functionality — but also maintained and focused on other components saleable to accounts of all sizes.
